The following was written in early 2021 by a long-term care facility employee about her co-workers, several of whom, like Agok, are represented in this project.

“In the midst of this pandemic, I’m so thankful for these sweet co-workers, thankful in the middle of our work, in the middle of the hall, we were not ashamed to stop and pray out loud for our residents, each other, the families and staff that are working such long and crazy hours! People have no idea what a privilege it is to work here. There are not residents anywhere who are loved more than our sweet peeps! We’re here for THEM!!!”
